About Aangan of India

Hi, I’m Hiral. I grew up in India surrounded by my family’s work in traditional decor. Colorful details were part of everyday life, from a welcoming doorway to a home dressed for a celebration.

When I moved to the USA, I brought pieces from home as gifts for friends and family. Sharing those small reminders of India inspired Aangan of India.

Aangan means courtyard. Our family’s courtyard was a place to gather, enjoy the flowers and spend time together. That feeling of warmth is what I want our collection to bring to your home.

Today, I choose the pieces in our collection with weddings, parties, housewarmings, Diwali and Navratri in mind. Our connection to my family in India remains part of our story, and we ship your orders from Maryland, USA.
