Let's make it simple.  If you purchase a product and you do not like it, you have 30 days from the original purchase date to return or exchange.  Click here to contact our Customer Support Team with your order number and your desired item/s to return or exchange.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE ONLINE

1. Submit a request here to return or exchange. Please have your order number and email associated with the order available.

2. In your message, include the items you wish to return, the reason, and your desired return or exchange.

3. Once the return is approved, we will email details on where to ship your item/s.  Aangan of India will not cover the cost of shipping.

4. Once your return is received and processed, our customer service representative will be in contact. We typically process returns within 2 to 3 business days from receipt of the return package.  

 

Keep in mind, the condition of returned items will be at the discretion of the exchange department upon delivery and items must be in sellable condition to qualify.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.  When returning an item, consider using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for uninsured packages that are lost in transit.

All custom orders and sale items are final sale and we cannot accommodate returns or exchanges for these items.
