Return & Exchange Policy

We hope you love the details you choose for your home or celebration. If you change your mind, contact us within 15 days of delivery to request a return or exchange.

Change-of-mind returns

Items must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging. Customers pay the return shipping cost. We do not charge a restocking fee.

Please email info@aanganofindia.com with your order number and the items you would like to return. Contact us before sending anything back so we can provide return instructions.

Final Sale items

Items clearly marked Final Sale on the product page before purchase cannot be returned or exchanged for a change of mind. A discount or sale price alone does not make an item Final Sale.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us promptly with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will help arrange an appropriate replacement or refund and cover any return shipping required for the affected item. This also applies to Final Sale items.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect an eligible return, we will refund the returned items to your original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to show the refund.
