We are a USA-based shop and ship orders from Maryland. We offer free shipping on all orders within the USA. We currently ship to USA addresses only.

Allow one full business day for processing and handling before your order ships. Processing time is separate from the carrier’s delivery time. You will receive tracking information when your order is dispatched.

Please contact us before ordering if your wedding, party or celebration is coming up soon. Share your event date, delivery ZIP code and the products you need. Carrier delays can occur, so allow time for delivery and setup.

Check the product page for dimensions, length per string and the number of pieces included. Measure your doorway, window or backdrop before ordering. When a listing offers several pack sizes, the option you select determines the quantity you receive.

Our marigold garland strings are artificial. Check each product page for its materials and style. Artificial flower garlands may arrive compressed; gently fluff the flowers before decorating.

Your order includes the product and pack contents stated on its page. Styling props and other decorations are sold separately unless explicitly listed as included.

Mounting supplies are not included. Choose hardware suitable for your surface and the product’s weight. For our beaded curtains, approximately 1-inch spacing between strands works well. Use a rod up to 3/4 inch in diameter, and check the selected product’s length and strand count.

Measure the width of the doorway or window where you plan to hang it. Many of our torans suit a 3-foot opening, but sizes vary. Check the individual listing before ordering. The Kalash toran suits a 3-foot doorway or window.

Check the individual listing and contact us if outdoor use is important to your setup. Do not assume decorations are waterproof or suitable for prolonged sun, rain or wind exposure.

Handle beaded pieces and decorative details gently and keep them dry during storage. For our steel puja thali, clean with a microfiber cloth and water, then dry it. Keep lit diyas on a stable, heat-resistant surface and never leave a flame unattended.

Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the change you need. We will check whether it can be accommodated before dispatch.

Contact us within 15 days of delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged and in original packaging. Customers pay return shipping for a change of mind; there is no restocking fee. Only items clearly marked Final Sale before purchase are excluded. A discount alone does not make an item Final Sale. Read our Return and Exchange Policy for the process.

Contact us promptly with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will help arrange an appropriate replacement or refund and cover any required return shipping for the affected item. This also applies to Final Sale items.
