We are a USA-based shop and ship orders from Maryland.

Where we ship

We currently accept orders for delivery within the USA only. Shipping is free on all USA orders.

Processing and handling

Please allow one full business day for processing and handling before your order ships. Processing time is separate from the carrier’s delivery time. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Delivery and tracking

Available delivery options are shown at checkout. You will receive tracking information when your order is dispatched. Carrier delivery times can vary with the destination, weather and seasonal volume.

Planning for an event?

If you need decorations for a particular date, contact us before ordering with your event date, ZIP code and the items you need. Allow time for delivery and setup.

Changes or delivery problems

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change a delivery address. We will check whether the change can be made before dispatch. If tracking shows a problem, get in touch with your order number so we can help.
